I called PCS after an extremely wet spring snowstorm concerning my commercial office building having water leaking in a number of offices. Richard was at my building within 2 hours. Richard and his crew removed all the snow and dried the roof within 3 hours. The following morning he prepped my roof and had the entire roof coated by the end of the next day. I now have the peace of mind that my building will not leak.
